Job Summary
We are seeking a Marina Dock Attendant - II to join our team! As a Marina Dock Attendant, under the general supervision of the Marina Dock master, provides courteous, efficient and accurate customer services to all customers and guests.The ideal candidate has an upbeat attitude, doesn’t mind working in any weather conditions, and has excellent customer service skills. 

Responsibilities 

  • Assists boaters while mooring/departing marina docks.
  • Process new dockage reservations, assign dockage and confirm reservation payments, following established company procedures.
  • Provides prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Read electric meters and audit dockage assignments.  Accurately and timely completes appropriate paperwork verifying information.
  • Deliver orders to boaters to including but not limited to ice and ships store orders.
  • Routinely participates in clean-up activities at marina and adjoining areas to include the docks and Boater Amenities Building (BAB).
  • Uses marina vessel to navigate harbor to assist or direct a boater or pick up trash/debris.
  • May assist Dockmaster in dock check list duties.
  • Cleans and maintains workboats as required.
  • Routinely monitors property for safety and cleanliness.
  • May be required to perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2,400 hours work experience is needed with previous boating experience preferred
  • Strong customer service skills
  • The ability to work well within a team environment
  • The ability to work in any weather conditions
  • Experience with boating and water confidence desired
Compensation: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
